Course Description
This course is required for students participating in the Special Education Internship for the Preliminary Level I Education Specialist Credential in either Mild/Moderate Disabilities or Moderate/Severe Disabilities. Students will meet as a group three or four times over a two-month period. During the course an Individual Induction Plan will be developed and students will receive information about the Level I Portfolio requirements. Students will meet with their Site Support Provider and their NU Mentor/Support provider during the course. The Individual Induction Plan will be signed by each support provider and by the course instructor.
