Course Description
This course focuses on the development of teacher competencies as related to design, management, and implementation of ECSE environments and interventions appropriate for young children with special needs. The students will explore, plan, and implement developmentally supportive activities with infants and toddlers and their families. This course takes a family-centered perspective and emphasizes the role of collaborative planning with families and caregivers in preparing developmentally supportive environments.
