Personalized Student Support Available Anytime

At National University, we are committed to facilitating your learning experience. National University's Student Concierge Services provides a single point of contact for answers and assistance on all aspects of your education. Available anytime, day or night, professional advocates are trained to assist you with a wide range of information, including admission, class schedules, and graduation. International Programs Office: The dedicated staff of the International Programs Office specialize in immigration, work authorization and international student advising. Qualified F-1 students are eligible to apply for up to one year of work experience called Optional Practical Training (OPT). This allows students to gain work experience in their chosen career field.

Pre-arrival and arrival assistance: Students receive extensive guidance in making their preparations for arrival to National University, including advice on travel, airport arrival assistance, and finding affordable housing off-campus, as National University does not have on-campus accommodations. Once students arrive to campus they attend a specialized orientation that will introduce them to all of the support services available.

Academic Support Services: National University offers warm and genuine one-on-one customer service for students. The Writing Center is available to assist students at any level to develop writing and critical thinking skills. The Career Center offers assistance with online resume writing, job searches, interviewing, and negotiating.

Scholarships: National University's scholarship programs support and expand its commitment to student success and diversity. Scholarships are awarded on merit, which includes the undergraduate and graduate academic scholarships.

English Language Program: National University has a comprehensive selection of English language programs that benefit university students and professionals. These programs and the experienced and caring instructors who teach them provide support to help you gain a true and practical understanding of English.

Online library and a wide array of other resources: National University's facilities feature the most current technologies used in each industry. The University's library, which can be visited in person or online, offers research assistance and access to one of the largest e-book collections in the United States, and all library electronic services and collections are available at any time of the day or night.
