Minor in Computer Science

Students can earn a computer science minor to accompany any bachelor’s degree with a major that is not computer science. This computer science program provides students with a well-rounded education, covering important math, science, programming, and design subjects. A minor can help students develop the skills needed when entering the workforce post-graduation, or for moving on to complete graduate studies.

Requirements for the Minor (6 courses; 27 quarter units)
Core Requisite(s):
    Students can complete a minor in computer science to fulfill requirements for a bachelor’s degree with a major other than computer science. Prior to enrolling in the minor, students must complete the prerequisite courses listed below or waive them through challenge exams.
