After 20 years of corporate experience as President, CEO and Marketing Director of global companies such as Club Merchandising Inc (International Division of Price Club – now Costco), Grupo Sidek (Mexico), am/pm (part of ARCO group – now BP), Baja Cellular (largest private cellular carrier in Northwest Mexico – now Movistar), and International Learning Group, Dr. Ramon Corona joined National University as Full-time Professor in the School of Business in 2004 to develop the Spanish EMBA, following eight years of teaching as Adjunct Faculty in the areas of Management and Marketing.

Dr. Corona has extensive international exposure teaching Management and Marketing courses as guest Instructor in distinguished universities worldwide including UABC (Tijuana, Mexico), TEC de Monterrey (Tijuana and Mexico State), UNIVA (Guadalajara and Leon, Mexico), Ibero (Tijuana), CETYS (Tijuana) CEIPA (Medellín, Colombia) in Graduate Programs, and also teaches Marketing Strategy in the Doctoral Program in Administration (DBA) at Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (Mexico). He is also a guest Professor of Marketing at Tulane University (New Orleans), in their Postdoctoral Program in Management and Marketing.

Dr. Corona currently teaches Global Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Management, E-Marketing, Strategic Marketing and Strategic Management courses in the School of Business, and is Lead Faculty for the Global MBA in Spanish language program, as well as the Interim Chair Department of Management and Marketing at National University. He is multicultural and has lived and worked in various cities across Mexico, Italy and the United States, and is fluent in Spanish, Italian, English and French.
