Course Description
The role of organizations and organizations' leadership in a society characterized by technological integration, geographic decentralization, and instant communication will be discussed. Topics to be covered include leadership theory, acquisition of power and influence, charisma, participative and transformational forms of leading. The course will examine organizations within the private and public sectors, and will draw upon diverse perspectives and ethical considerations.
