Captioning or Interpreting Services

If you would like to request captioning or interpreting services, however, you have not yet registered with Student Accessibility Services (SAS), visit the Getting Started: Student Eligibility page.

After receiving your Accommodation Letter, you will need to use the appropriate online forms listed below:

Please note: It is the student’s responsibility to confirm that captioning/interpreting services were secured, so contact Student Accessibility Services at 48 hours prior to the start time of the requested event. The University will do its best to fill interpreting requests; however, it may be impossible to coordinate interpreters for requests made less than five business days, before the requested date.

Additionally, requests made during non-business hours (before 8:00 am and after 5:00 pm Monday-Friday) may take additional time to fill.
