Course DescriptionCoverage of three major tasks facing todayand#xbf;s product managers namely analyzing the market, developing objectives and strategies for the product or service in question, and making decisions about price, advertising, promotion, channels of distribution and service.
- Show project management issues related to product management.
- Design and implement new products, brand equity, product management strategy, promotional activities, and financial analysis strategies as a product manager.
- Show skills to manage culturally different and technically diverse project management professionals in a product environment.
- Exhibit skills and strategies into successful management of products.
