Course DescriptionCenters on experiments covering the theoretical material in CEE310. Students will design, implement and analyze basic circuits. Experiments include: Ohmandapos;s law; Kirchhoffandapos;s laws; series and parallel resistors; voltage and current dividers; delta-wye configurations; mesh-current and node-voltage analysis; superposition and Thevenin equivalents; inverting and non-inverting amplifier circuits; series RC and RL circuits.
- Measure and characterize the circuits.
- Design and implement physical circuits through the use of Kirchhoffandapos;s laws and ideal circuit element models.
- Perform transient analysis of circuits.
- Design and implement Thevenin/Norton equivalents of circuits.
