Program Overview
The Minor in Alternative Dispute Resolution is designed for students majoring in business administration who may seek entry into the alternative dispute resolution field. It also is open to students in any bachelor’s degree program. An ADR minor is in high demand in the business community, local, state, and federal governments, and neighborhood communities. The successful completion of the minor in ADR will provide you with the necessary skills to become effective negotiators, mediators, and facilitators and to promote peace and understanding between diverse cultures.
