Student Concierge Services Expands to Seven Days a Week

San Diego, Calif. – When it first came online earlier this year, the goal of National University's unique Student Concierge Services program was to provide students with access to a one-stop center that was available, 365 days a year, seven days a week, and 24 hours per day.

One of those goals was realized earlier this month when the Student Concierge Services expanded its hours of operation to seven days a week. Now, the Student Advocates from the Student Concierge Services are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to midnight and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific.

The Student Advocates of the Student Concierge Services program serve many roles, including as liaisons for students interfacing with any aspect of the University; representatives for students as they navigate the University's processes and programs; and as a central source of quality assurance. Student Advocates are trained in several important areas such as SOAR Password Resets, Financial Aid, Credentials, Academics, Admissions and much more.
