Qualifying referrals will be awarded a $1,000 tuition reduction scholarship*. As a thank you, you’ll receive a $50 NU Store gift card for each new and eligible name you provide.

Referral and Scholarship Eligibility
National University Student Referral program is open to current students, NU alumni, and those who have attended NU in the past.
Referral Rewards
The Referral Gift Card reward will be issued to the referrer after we received each referred student application. The Referral Gift Card reward must be redeemed within 90 days of making the referral.

The Referral Scholarship reward will be applied to new students’ accounts after successful registration and progression in their first course past the add/drop deadline.
- The tuition reduction scholarship of $1,000 will be awarded in installation $250 for the new student applicant’s first four courses.
- The new student must start within 90 days of being referred.
- Referral and Enrollment verification will be completed for both referrers and referred before rewards are issued.
