At National University, we believe holistic wellness is integral to student learning and success. Wellness is a practice that’s cultivated over time. Our Student Wellness staff can help you on campus or online with a variety of issues:
- Mental health concerns (anxiety, depression, etc.)
- Housing, financial, and food insecurities
- Financial wellness and budgeting
- Solutions-focused and options counseling
- Referrals to University and community resources

If you are University staff, faculty, or student and are concerned about another member of our community (a non-life-threatening emergency), please complete this Student Referral and a member of the University staff will be in touch soon.
If you are a student and would like an NU Wellness staff member to reach out to you directly about a non-life-threatening emergency, submit a request and we’ll contact you within 48 business hours.
