Director, Military & VA Relations, Territory IV
Mark Francisco is a Director, Military & VA Relations, at National University, serving servicemembers, veterans, and their families on the west coast. He joined National University in March of 2014, after serving 30 years in the United States Marine Corps. In his role as a Director, Military & VA Relations, Mark has been instrumental in enhancing student services by providing his unique perspective on the needs of our military and veteran students.
As a retired Master Gunnery Sergeant, Mark strives to ensure military-affiliated and veteran students have access to and knowledge of the educational benefits and opportunities available to them. He was a formal school instructor for approximately three years and is very passionate about servicemembers taking advantage of their educational opportunities. While on active duty, Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degree from National University.
Mark manages outreach for the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
