CSET Preparation Courses
Let National University be your guide to success with our comprehensive California Subject Examination for Teachers (CSET) Preparation courses. In one month our instructors will guide you through a comprehensive overview of all the subject matter content you will need to pass the CSET. All courses have been created and will be taught by credentialed, subject-matter experts who are personally committed to your success on the CSET. Courses are designed to align with the structure and rigor of academic courses.
CSET Course Highlights
- 4-Weeks in length, course is completely online
- Self-paced: complete your work based on your own schedule; no set class times/ dates
- Non-credit course
CSET Preparation courses are available for the following subjects:
- Multiple Subjects
- Social Science
- Math Prep Subtest I: Algebra and Number Theory
- Math Prep Subtest II: Geometry, Probability, and Statistics
- Math Prep Subtest III: Calculus and History of Math (Coming Soon)
All courses are taught online one month prior to a CSET test offering and run for four weeks.
The registration process can take up to 72 hours to complete for this course. If you do not submit your registration at least three business days prior to the course start date, there may be a delay in your registration. Students are not eligible to receive a refund once registration has been completed and the student is provided access to course materials and lessons.
*Please note that if you do not log into your CSET Preparation course by the 10th day of the class, you will be automatically dropped from the course.

Cost: $355 for Multiple Subjects, Science, Social Science and English Prep courses; $195 for each of the Math Prep Subtests

The first step to enrolling in a course through the Division of Extended Learning is to submit a registration/application. This is required for all new Extended Learning students, including current National University students who are enrolled in other programs.
