E. Marie Landers
Regional Vice President, San Diego Regional Commercial Banking Office
Marie Landers is a regional vice president in the San Diego Regional Commercial Banking Office (RCBO) in California where she is responsible for providing and developing the middle-market commercial banking services for companies headquartered in the San Diego area. Based in San Diego, Marie works with various Wholesale Banking product partners, and her team provides a wide range of financial products and services to local companies that have annual sales in excess of $20 million.
Marie joined Wells Fargo in July of 2008 in its Southern Idaho RCBO as a senior relationship manager. She became the regional vice president of the Central Coast in December 2010. Marie moved to her current position in December 2011.
A 26-year banking veteran, Marie spent 15 years in middle-market commercial banking and U.S. corporate banking with Bank of America in Southern California, San Francisco Bay Area, and the greater Chicago metropolitan area. She held various positions that included credit administration, business development, and relationship management. She also spent seven years as the senior credit officer and head of commercial banking at a community bank in the Pacific Northwest.
Marie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of California, Davis.
She has served on numerous boards and community organizations, including Dress for Success, Economic Development and Business Roundtables in Boise, Idaho and the Inland Empire of Southern California, Chamber of Commerce Finance Boards and Leadership Programs in Boise, Idaho, the Inland Empire of Southern California, and San Diego; Habitat for Humanity, United Way of Monterey County and Cabrillo College. She currently sits on the board of San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation.
She and her husband Mike are originally from Bend, Oregon, and currently live in San Diego. She has four grown daughters.
