All students in a credential program receive a credential packet at their faculty/credential advisement orientation.

The packet:

  • Outlines all state and University requirements for your program.
  • Provides helpful information.
  • Contains all required forms
  • Requires fingerprints, LiveScan or Certificate of Clearance, a negative TB test, and verification of bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Must be completed and returned to your credential analyst within 30 days.
