Choose from these convenient registration options:

  1. Download a registration form, complete and fax it to the number listed on the form, or mail it to us.
  2. Call 1-800-NAT-UNIV ext. 8600 to register by phone
    • Payment for all Extended Learning courses is due at the time of registration.
    • Classes may be cancelled if there are not enough students enrolled.
