Overview

Lean Six Sigma training programs prepares personnel to become professionals in implementation of Lean Six Sigma for achieving Enterprise Excellence. Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach for transforming and maintaining an agile organization capable of quickly addressing problems, changing missions, changing requirements, changing technology, changing markets, and new opportunities. This approach optimizes the critical success factors of quality, cost, schedule and risk. Enterprise Excellence capitalizes on the past successes of the organization and creates a focused collaborative strategy tailored to the organizational needs and goals.

These programs will allow individuals with little or no knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology to progress through a series of practical hands-on courses that will prepare them to understand Lean Six Sigma concepts and to critically assess and/or implement Lean Six Sigma projects.

National University in conjunction with the Management Science Division of VSE Corporation offers formal structured training tailored to the needs of organizations. Training will result in the issuance of either Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or Graduate level credit. Coursework completed in the Green Belt and Black Belt levels of training will result in graduate credit that can be applied towards a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management or a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering offered through National University's School of Engineering and Technology.
