The following forms will help you determine which GI Bill® you are eligible for. It is your responsibility to know which Chapter Montgomery GI bill you are eligible.

Chapter 30 – Montgomery Bill

Active Duty:

Veteran – Out of Service:

Chapter 34 / 30 – Combined Vietnam Era / Montgomery Bill

Active Duty:
