National University continues its decades-long commitment to supporting law enforcement with the all-new NOBLE Terminal Degree Scholarship. This scholarship will provide one dedicated member with a full-tuition scholarship for one of several terminal degrees (listed below).

About the Scholarship

The recipient of the NOBLE Terminal Degree Scholarship will provide full tuition for one terminal degree from NU, as selected from the list below:

  • Juris Doctor
  • Doctor of Criminal Justice
  • Doctor of Public Administration
  • Doctor of Philosophy in Cybersecurity
  • Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership
  • Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology

How It Works

To be considered eligible for the NOBLE Terminal Degree Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an active member of NOBLE.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to scholarly achievement by submitting transcripts with a high cumulative GPA.
  • Have experience in a law enforcement leadership role.
  • Begin one of the following terminal degree programs at NU by June 2, 2025:
    • Juris Doctor
    • Doctor of Criminal Justice
    • Doctor of Public Administration
    • Doctor of Philosophy in Cybersecurity
    • Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership
    • Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology
  • Must be a new student to NU. Current or previously enrolled students are ineligible for this offer.
  •  Submit the NOBLE Terminal Degree Scholarship application and supporting documents by February 20, 2025.
  • Meet all NU admissions requirements.
  • Once enrolled, a scholarship recipient must not receive or be eligible to receive a total of 100% or more tuition reimbursement from any source(s) including but not limited to: corporate reimbursement, preferred tuition rate, other scholarships and/or private scholarships, except for Veterans Administration GI benefits (excluding Chapter 33), Veterans Administration Vocational Rehabilitation Benefits, military tuition assistance and Title IV financial aid funding (“Financial Eligibility”).
  • NU will verify applicants’ Financial Eligibility before confirming final awards.
