GENERAL TALENT RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS

In consideration for the privilege and opportunity of giving back to my university, as well as travel expenses as part of participation (if applicable), the receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged, I agree to the terms below to participate in a social media marketing campaign (hereinafter, “Activity”) undertaken by National University, a California non-profit corporation (hereinafter, “NU”).

I hereby release any and all present and future claims for compensation or remuneration as a result of my name, likeness (actual or distorted), features, voice, identity, resemblance, quotations (written or verbal), photographs, and/or videos having been filmed, photographed, recorded and/or otherwise obtained by NU and/or its affiliates as a result of the Activity, including, without limitation, any footage and/or images posted on my social media channels; and I hereby consent to the unlimited usage in all perpetuity of the aforementioned images, film, video, sound, and/or quotations (written or verbal) by NU and its affiliates, so desires.

1. RELEASE. I further release and discharge NU and its affiliates from any and all claims and demands and waive and forgo any and all legal or equitable actions arising out of or in connection with the use of the aforementioned images, film, video, sound, and/or quotations (written or verbal).



2. OWNERSHIP. I hereby covenant, agree, and acknowledge that NU and its affiliates are the owners of the aforementioned images, film, video, sound, and/or quotations (written or verbal); the copyrights pertaining thereto; and any and all other rights, benefits or privileges arising therefrom, now and hereafter without limitation.



3. CONTROL. I hereby further covenant, agree, and acknowledge that NU and its affiliates are the organizers of the filming, videoing, photographing, and/or methods otherwise employed to obtain the aforementioned images, film, video, sound, and/or quotations (written or verbal), and having control over them as the rightful owners, I agree that any subsequent and additional images, film, video, sound, and/or quotations (written or verbal) obtained by NU will not be released in any way or form without the prior written consent of NU and that such consent will not be unreasonably withheld.

I hereby warrant that I am of full legal age (18); and I have read this release and the terms and conditions contained herein and acknowledge that NU (which term as used in this release includes its successors and assigns) has, is and will be relying on the terms hereof, as indicated by my signature below.
