Course Description
Advanced topics on three-dimensional parametric modeling tools, features and functions of SolidWorks with emphasis on mechanical design solutions, standards, simulation and techniques.
Learning Outcomes
- Understand major concepts of the SolidWorks concepts and underlying principles.
- Demonstrate knowledge of SolidWorks commands and specific design techniques.
- Utilize SolidWorks capabilities for manufacturing practices.
- Understand sD parametric modeling features provided by the SolidWorks software.
