Further, by using this FPC, you agree that National University and its affiliates, officers, trustees, employees, representatives, agents, and contractors disclaim all warranties whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied representations or warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. National University does not represent or warrant to you that your use of the FPC tool will meet your requirements, or be uninterrupted or error free.  

In no event shall National University or its affiliates, officers, trustees, employees, representatives, agents, and contractors have any liability to you in connection with your use of the FPC for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, regardless of the nation of the claim or theory of liability (including claims under contract, tort, or strict liability) and regardless of whether National University knew or should have known about the possibility of likelihood of such damages.

NOTICE CONCERNING TRANSFERABILITY OF CREDITS AND CREDENTIALS EARNED AT OUR INSTITUTION

The transferability of credits you earn at National University is at the complete discretion of an institution to which you may seek to transfer. Acceptance of the any credits you earn in or at National University is also at the complete discretion of the institution to which you may seek to transfer. If the credits that you earn at this institution are not accepted at the institution to which you seek to transfer, you may be required to repeat some or all of your coursework at that institution. For this reason you should make certain that your attendance at this institution will meet your educational goals. This may include contacting an institution to which you may seek to transfer after attending National University to determine if your credits will transfer.

Costs, Tuition and Fees

Students are responsible for all relevant program related tuition, fees and charges. Tuition rates and fees are subject to change and may change at any time without prior notice. Students are also responsible for monitoring and understanding all university charges and updates to their university accounts.

Estimates for program costs, including the cost of tuition, textbooks, course digital materials, other instructional materials, and program fees may change based on the actual number of attempted courses and credits required to successfully complete a program. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

Please note: Scholarships in some cases are taxable. The University does not provide tax advice and recommends you consult your personal tax professional.

Sales Tax

The University is required to charge sales tax for tuition and/or fees in certain jurisdictions based on state reporting obligations and the taxability of services and digital goods in accordance with local law. For sales tax purposes, electronically delivered services and digital goods are considered to be received at the student reported address.
