How to Apply for Your Degree

Students must login to the Student Portal to submit their Application for Graduation and pay the $100 graduation processing fee. Students are advised to submit their application at least three months prior to their anticipated conferral date.

Students interested in participating in one of the Spring Commencement Ceremonies in Sacramento or San Diego must submit the Application for Graduation.

Once the Application for Graduation is submitted your records will be audited and you will be contacted notifying you of your application status.

Requirements for graduation include:

1. Satisfactory completion of student's program of study leading to a degree prior to the eligible conferral date.

2. Settlement of all financial obligation with the University.

 If your degree has already been awarded and you have received a diploma, you can request an additional diploma by submitting the Application for Duplicate Diploma.
