Dr. Sidney Castle
Dr. Sidney R. Castle is currently a Professor in the Department of Educational Administration, School Counseling and Psychology where he has taught research design in Higher Education and School Psychology as well as leadership theory and school finance courses. Dr. Castle did his undergraduate work at Northwestern University in Experimental Social Psychology and earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Arizona State University. He was the Assistant Director of School Finance in the Arizona Department of Education, a research liaison with the Arizona State Legislature, a research consultant to the Minnesota Department of Education and with the Louisiana State Legislature while a faculty member at LSU. Dr. Castle was a consultant to the TOPICA Project, Vietnam•s first nation-wide higher education online system. He has chaired both Dissertation and Thesis committees, has a record of publications and conference presentations, and currently is a reviewer for international research journals.
