These procedures for taking the ACCUPLACER exam are only for National University students enrolled in an online program. If you are not enrolled in a National University online program, contact the center nearest you for the ACCUPLACER testing schedule. If you are a student at another school, contact your institution about their procedures for administering ACCUPLACER.
English and math ACCUPLACER exams require a proctor who will monitor you while you take your exam. As an online student, you will be responsible for finding your own proctor. A proctor can be a supervisor at your job, a clergy member, a representative from a testing/learning center at a college, local university, or a library. A proctor cannot be a family member or personal friend.
Every proctor must have an email address and access to the internet. You will receive an email confirming the delivery of the exam information to your proctor. At this time, you will contact your proctor to make arrangements to take the exam.
