Gail Lancaster

Gail Lancaster is an Alumna of Fresno Pacific University where she earned her Master of Arts in Education: Special Education Department. Gail Lancaster earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies at California State University Chico. She has earned three credentials and two certificates through the state of California; Multiple Subject Credential, Learning Handicapped Credential, Severely Handicapped Credential, Resource Specialist Certificate of Competence, and Clear Certificate of Staff Development/ELL.

Gail Lancaster has been teaching special education for 39 years. Ms. Lancaster has taught Moderate/Severe students (K-8), and has been a Resource Specialist who has taught multiple grade levels (K-9). Ms. Lancaster has helped created and manage an RTI program for 11 years. She has worked for National beginning as an Adjunct Core Instructor in 1994 and has been an Associate Faculty Member since 2002. Ms. Lancaster has also worked as a teacher trainer for Zoophonics, giving phonics workshops all over the United States. Ms. Lancaster worked as a Mentor Teacher for Madera County Department of Education, there she wrote and implemented a Personal Growth and Development Curriculum for the Developmentally Delayed. Ms. Lancaster has also presented in multiple settings, California Association of Resource Specialist Plus; California State Diagnostic School Fresno; and at the State title 1 Conference.
