A study of human relations and its relationship to organizational effectiveness through planned change and technological development.
- Discuss a number of factors involved in organizations, including organizational culture, values, change strategies and their implications.
- Demonstrate several individual group change techniques, and discuss the appropriate use of each.
- Discuss major problems encountered in OD interventions, and identify elements involved in successful OD efforts.
- Design an effective team building program, using what is known about group dynamics and team development.
