Course Description

Sequel to the Intermediate Spanish I course. Continued practice in the oral-aural skills, with increasing importance placed on acquiring Spanish grammatical skills, while extending and enhancing vocabulary and insight into the Spanish-speaking world through a study of its culture.

Learning Outcomes

  • Deliver classroom presentations in Spanish.
  • Speak and interact comfortably in a bilingual (Spanish-English) setting.
  • Obtain appropriate Intermediate level of linguistic and grammatical accuracy and social correctness.
  • Recognize the different cultures that comprise the Spanish-speaking world.
