Hello and Hola! Welcome to the 2017 HACU Youth Leadership Development Forum STEM Day

National University and Hispanic Association of Colleges & Universities (HACU) invite you to join us for a fun and interactive day of STEM exploration and discovery for middle school and high school students (grades 6-12) to explore STEM career paths.

The day is organized around four pillars:

  1. STEM Career Pathways Exploration
  2. Youth Leadership Development
  3. College Bound How-to's
  4. Hands-on Learning Opportunities and Activities

National University and Hispanic Association of Colleges & Universities (HACU) invite you to join us for a fun and interactive day of STEM exploration and discovery for middle school and high school students (grades 6-12) to explore STEM career paths.

Throughout the day, students will have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct experiments and view live demonstrations
  • Meet inspiring professors and STEM professionals who will share their first-hand experiences
  • Learn about careers in aerospace, cyber security, green energy technology, robotics, and more
  • Receive specific "how to" advice on college acceptance, networking, and success in STEM majors

*Ample free parking is available onsite.

When registering, please complete the registration form for your students by entering your students’ names and grade levels, so we can have name badges ready for each child. If you would prefer to submit the information in a spreadsheet, email Keil at kmiller2@nu.edu.

    We are in need of a robust number of volunteers to support programming for 500-600 students. If you’d like to volunteer, please fill out the registration form. Thank you in advance for your willingness to assist and support.
