Course DescriptionCovers concepts of validity, reliability, norms, item analysis, and standardization; selection, administration, and interpretation of published psychological and educational tests; development of measurable goals by decision makers for various evaluation purpose, and the development and /or selection of tests, and collection of data.
- Examine the unique language of assessments.
- Evaluate the use of descriptive statistics essential to measurement and evaluation in education.
- Analyze educational measurement concepts.
