Course Description
Facilitating the development, articulation, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of teaching and learning supported by the school community. For candidates in Santa Clara County Office/NU joint program only.

- Construct an effective school public relations program.
- Apply theoretical and practical roles aspects of organizational development within a school or school district.

- Apply the process of change in building an effective instructional program.
- Identify and practice the key leadership components to facilitate collaboration, consultation and shared decision making in an environment that promotes accountability and ethical conduct.
