Course Description: El curso examina la naturaleza y proceso del liderazgo, así como el desarrollo de estrategias de negociación en el ambiente ejecutivo. Investiga las teorías de liderazgo, negociaciones, regateo y solución de conflictos. Enfatiza el estudio de casos y la solución de problemas utilizando modelos éticos de negocios.
Course Learning Outcomes:
  • Analizar juiciosamente el impacto de los requisitos de liderazgo que surgen con relación con la efectividad de la organización.
  • Construir independientemente un "Plan personal de desarrollo de aptitudes para liderazgo" claro y detallado.
  • Aplicar y demostrar aptitudes de comunicación de liderazgo efectivas a través de escuchar y escribir.
  • Comparar y contrastar las diferentes formas de poder y cómo se utilizan.
  • Analizar las consideraciones éticas del liderazgo y negociación en el entorno global.
  • Evaluar y resolver exitosamente la preparación de las necesidades a realizar previo a convenir y negociar.
  • Identificar las técnicas adecuadas y analizar los factores culturales que afectan los resultados esperados de un convenio y proceso de negociación.
  • Describir y aplicar adecuadamente modelos de convenios cooperativos.

    • Integrar conceptos y teorías de Mercadotecnia, Liderazgo, Economía, Finanzas y Administración a la solución de problemas y aprovechar oportunidades de negocios. (Integrate Marketing, Leadership, Economics, Finance and Management concepts and theories to solving business problems and taking advantage of Business opportunities)

Plagiarism:
