Course Descriptions:

PSX 1989X – Lean Sigma Yellow Belt class provides an overall insight to the techniques of Six Sigma, its metrics, and basic improvement methodologies. Each phase of the DMAIC methodology, how to map a process and understand its inputs and outputs. The Yellow Belt gathers data, participates in problem-solving exercises and adds their personal experiences to the exploration process. Students will receive a Binder of materials. $1,500

PSX 1990X – Lean Sigma Green Belt class provides analyzes and solving quality problems, addresses quality improvement challenges. Identifying core processes and key customer considerations, defining customer requirements, and measuring current performance. The measurement-based Six Sigma methodology focuses on process improvement and variation reduction by applying a set of simple, yet sophisticated, statistical, analytical and problem solving techniques. Students will receive a booklet and a Binder. $1,500

PSX 1991X – Lean Sigma Black Belt class provides leadership, as change agents to impact the organization, thorough understanding of all aspects of the methodologies and models in accordance with Six Sigma principles. Students will able to identify non-value-added elements and activities and are able to use specific tools. They demonstrate mastery of the subject matter through the completion of project(s) from scope, requirements, resources, timelines, and variance perspectives. Students will present their accomplishments to the class. Students will receive a book, a CD about SPC, and a Binder. $1,500
