This course prepares students for HACCP Auditor certification. Upon successful completion, students will understand the standards and principles of auditing a HACCP-based (or process-safety) system. Course content will include how to use various tools and techniques to examine, question, evaluate and report on system's adequacy and deficiencies, and how to analyze all elements of the system and report on how well it adheres to the criteria for management and control of process safety.
