Dr. Lee T. Lovallo

Lee T. Lovallo holds a BA in German from SUNY at Albany and a Ph.D. in music from the University at Buffalo. Before coming to National University he taught at CSU Bakersfield and at Hiram Johnson High School in Sacramento. Dr. Lovallo is the lead faculty in music at NU, the director of the Renaissance Choir Sacramento, music director at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Antelope, CA and manager of a small firm that builds and maintains mechanical action pipe organs and harpsichords. He serves as a reviewer for The Diapason, a journal devoted to organ studies. Dr. Lovallo has published on a wide range of subjects, including Anton Bruckner discography, Sicilian pipe organs and music in the works of Anthony Trollope.
