ENG402 Poetry Workshop

Course Description

In a workshop setting, students will build on the skills learned in ENG 202 and 302 to produce a significant collection of original poems.

Learning Outcomes

  • Produce and revise a chapbook of poems.
  • Apply advanced revision strategies and craft principles to a significant body of original poems.
  • Critique the work of peers at an advanced level.
  • Develop clearly articulated standards of quality and apply them to the evaluation of studentsandapos; poems.
