Course Description

A continuation of the kinds of expository writing that began in ENG 100/101. This more advanced course stresses applications and models in business communications: letters, memos, sales, research and marketing reports.

Learning Outcomes

  • Compose several varieties of business letters and memos suited to a professional audience.
  • Develop a 1500-word business report.
  • Summarize that research in clear, grammatically correct prose.
