BS in Environmental Science and Policy Now Offered in Fresno
Degree provides gateway to careers in environmental protection
Those who are interested in careers protecting and managing the San Joaquin Valley's abundant natural resources will be interested to know that National University's Fresno academic center is rolling out the Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy program.
The program, offered through the College of Letters and Sciences, is slated to begin this June. Its curriculum explores the complex relationships between natural atmospheric, hydrologic, geological and ecological systems and human activities in a systematic way.
The degree provides an excellent pathway for careers with agencies responsible for environmental protection and natural resource stewardship, as well as consulting firms and those seeking entry into related graduate studies.
