SOBM Faculty Member Hosts Monthly Spanish News Segment About Entrepreneurship

Ramon Corona, Ph.D., associate professor in the department of management, marketing and e-business, is the featured commentator on a new business segment being broadcast on Mi Canal 43, the Spanish language newscast of San Diego's NBC affiliate, KNSD.
 
The three-to-four minute segment is titled "Aprende y Emprende," which translates in English as "Learn and become an Entrepreneur."  It airs on the third Monday of each month and is hosted by Mi Canal 43 Anchor Woman Tania Luviano.
 
Dr. Corona, who is identified on screen as a National University faculty member, has prepared a series of topics about entrepreneurship. Ms. Luviano addresses one topic per segment. The first segment, broadcast on November 27, addressed What is required to become a successful business person. The second segment, which was broadcast on  December  26, provided an End of the Year review for Small Businesses
 
Another next segment of "Aprende y Emprende" was broadcast on Monday January 22nd, and provided "Hints for a good Business Plan." It aired at 7 and 10 p.m.
