Faculty Member Publishes 3 Articles in Encyclopedia

Alex Zukas focuses on world poverty

Alex Zukas, Ph.D., associate professor in the College of Letters and Sciences' department of social sciences, published three articles in the Encyclopedia of World Poverty during the summer of 2006.  The articles were titled "Pauperism," "Industrialization," and "History of Poverty."

The Encyclopedia of World Poverty provides extensive and current information, as well as insight into the contemporary debate on poverty. The three volumes of this state-of-the-art Encyclopedia contain over 800 original articles written by more than 125 renowned scholars.
