National University Library owns one of the largest collections of e-books in the world -- more than 34,000.  You may browse them online or check them out for use.  To check out a book, you must set up an account.  You may print page by page, or copy and paste. 
E-books may be checked out for 24 hours, at which point it is automatically returned.  There is no limit on check-outs.
