Fallen Alumnus Honored at Memorial Day Parade

Stephen Eric Sullivan (MFS, 2000), an alumnus who served as a special agent with the State Department and was killed in Iraq six years ago, was honored posthumously as a grand marshal in this year’s Westboro, Massachusetts Memorial Day parade.

Sullivan joined the U.S. Marines in 1984, and later joined the U.S. Navy before joining a diplomatic security unit with the State Department. He was an award-winning agent and had one of the largest military facilities in Kabul, Afghanistan (Camp Sullivan) named for him.
