The Online Community provides a robust environment for facilitating access to the University, dialogue among University constituents, and admission to University resources, such as the Online Library.

In addition to offering tips for how you can improve your approach to golf, The Ball is The Enemy by Dr. Mac Powell offers simple-to-use physical and mental drills you can take with you during your next trip to the driving range or course. Mindfulness and Peak Performance is a workbook by Dr. Robert Eric Dinenberg that will guide you through the process of practicing mindfulness in order to bring a sense of calm, reduce stress, boost the immune system, and promote a general feeling of well-being.
