Products from the Center for Integrative Health
The National University System Center for Integrative Health evolved from the Institute for Wellness and Peak Performance, which was founded in 2005.

Integrative Health Review is a collection point for articles, experts’ corner and subject-specific videos, forums, interactive tools and resources, and RSS feeds from a diverse range of expert contributors and renowned health organizations. Visit www.integrativehealthreview.com today to learn more.

From 2005 through 2009, the Center published iTHRIVE, a monthly electronic magazine that focused on how you can employ a variety of methods of integrative health to reach an extraordinary level of achievement in both your personal and professional life. To view every issue of iTHRIVE, click here.

The Center also offers two books: “The Ball is the Enemy” and “Mindfulness and Peak Performance: Touch the Ground, Touch the Sky.”

In addition to offering tips for how you can improve your approach to golf, The Ball is The Enemy by Dr. Mac Powell offers simple-to-use physical and mental drills you can take with you during your next trip to the driving range or course. Begin relearning how to play golf today; you'll be surprised how quickly your mental and physical approach to the game improves.

Mindfulness and Peak Performance is a workbook by Dr. Robert Eric Dinenberg that will guide you through the process of practicing mindfulness in order to bring a sense of calm, reduce stress, boost the immune system, and promote a general feeling of well-being.
