Course Description
Students need to understand how to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic communications programs while they are in progress and after they have been completed. Increasingly, organizations require that such evaluations take place using rigorous research rather than by the receipt of anecdotal reports or examination of press clippings. This course presents techniques for measuring and conducting research to evaluate the effectiveness of a communication program, including procedures for conducting communication audits.
