Course Description
This course introduces the connection between leadership and ethics. Students will study traditional ethical frameworks as presented by early Greek writers, past and present theologians, non-believers, and leadership scholars. Additionally, this course creates awareness for those studying leadership to consider the long-range implications in their leadership activities, especially in the educational setting.

Students will consider past and present leadership practices in the schools within the context of an ethical framework and craft improved ways to exercise their ethical leadership in the future. The core value of this course is for individuals to more carefully evaluate the how and why of their leadership endeavors.
