Course Description
In this course, students begin to develop and understanding of the theories, practices, and ethics of leadership. Students identify and assess their own leadership philosophy then analyze the relationship between their leadership philosophy and selected theories of leadership. Students evaluate leadership theories, concepts and approaches. Students integrate ethical decision making processes and assess the potential impact of leadership strategies on organizations.
