Overview
Although designed for those students majoring in business administration who may seek entry into the Alternative Dispute Resolution field, a minor in Alternative Dispute Resolution is available to all students in any bachelor's degree program. The minor in Alternative Dispute Resolution is designed for those students majoring in Business Administration who may seek entry into the Alternative Dispute Resolution field. ADR is in high demand in the business community, local, state and federal governments, and neighborhood communities. The successful completion of the minor in ADR will provide students with the necessary skills to become effective negotiators, mediators and facilitators and to promote peace and understanding between diverse cultures.
